When order fulfilment is complete, tracking information will be automatically added to the Fulfilments section of the order in Shopify. 

This will include the courier and any tracking information, if provided. 

It may take a day or two for the tracking number to become active, so please don’t worry if you don’t see an update immediately. 

Troubleshooting

If you signed up to Kite Shopify after September 2017, your orders should be tracked by default whenever possible, up to a cap of £7.50 per item.

Prior to this, tracking was only offered on an opt-in basis, with the cheaper, untracked option as the default. 

You can change your preferences for any future orders in the app Settings. 

Please note that not all delivery destinations are covered by tracking. We are in the process of rolling out worldwide carrier shipping, however in certain regions we still rely on local postal services, which may not offer tracking.

To check in advance whether a particular order can be shipped tracked, head over to the Product Catalogue and search for the relevant product.
