If you need to cancel an order that has been placed recently, get in touch with our customer support team as soon as you can.

If you catch it before it has shipped, we’re happy to issue a full refund. 

It is important to note that cancelling an end-customer order in Shopify will not necessarily cancel the manufacturing order with Kite. 

If you cancel an order in Shopify which has already been printed and shipped, you will be responsible for paying the manufacturing and shipping costs, even if you decide to give the end-customer a full refund.
