Reinstalling the Kite app
If you have previously deleted the Kite app, you can simply reinstall it and all of your old collections and products will be there waiting for you 💛
However, any orders placed during the period of time when you did not have the app installed won’t have been sent to Kite. This is because the app is a necessary component of the fulfilment process.
Unfortunately these orders have missed the boat entirely - You’ll need to place any orders that are missing from the Orders section of the Kite app again manually. Don’t worry - you’ll only be charged for orders successfully sent to Kite.
